About

Zenith Lab started as a group chat where four friends kept arguing about which games were worth recommending. At some point we realised we were writing mini-reviews anyway, so we moved them somewhere public and gave the whole thing a name.,We're a small independent team. Nobody pays us to feature a title, and we don't chase whatever is trending that week. If a game shows up here, somebody on the team sat with it for several hours across a few sessions — enough to see past the shiny first impression.,Picking games is simple in principle: we look for something that respects your time and your battery. Genre doesn't matter much to us. A tiny racing game can earn a spot just as easily as a sprawling RPG, as long as it feels good in the hand.,Everything here reflects what we genuinely thought. Sometimes we're wrong, sometimes tastes differ — that's fine. The comments and our inbox are open, and we update pieces when a game changes.

Lukas Berger — Lukas has been reviewing mobile and handheld games for over a decade and still gets annoyed by forced portrait controls. He coordinates the team and writes most of the longer pieces.
